Feature : First, you need to modify your mold to fit our equipment “Mini Runner”. Then, when running production, the runner size will be smaller than before. This helps a lot in saving plastic resin and reducing cycle time.

Feature : This product is made of Glass wool, which is very soft and will not damage the injection screw. You can directly put this resin (Ecomaru) into the Hopper for cleaning the screw or changing the product’s color. It does not have any smell or smoke while used. You have to try if you are still faced with the black dots problem!!

Feature : When installing this equipment to the injection screw, it helps prevent plastic resin drop out from the injection screw, and the plastic in the screw will still melt even you are not injecting the product.

Feature : We will modify a little bit of exhaust air to let it exhaust in front of blower, this will reduce heater usage because the air from the blower is already hot enough.

Feature : We will install one of the equipments called “Heat Exchanger”. This equipment will do the heat exchange between Inlet air & Outlet air. So, it will decrease the heat of outlet air. However, the temperature of the inlet air will be higher than usual. That’s why the heater will not work too much, and it will save a lot of energy.

Feature : We will install a valve controller in the machine, and this kind of valve works similarly to the inverter, making the flow of inlet air decrease. The heater will automatically decrease usage by itself.

Feature : Ecobrid is a cooling tower with a closed-loop system. So, the bacteria outside will not be able to go inside the water. This is why it can maintain water quality for the whole year.

Feature : Pre-clear is a machine that can solve water hardness problems by using 2 Filters with 1 Ion Exchanger. After the water goes through the first 2 filters (50 microns and 12 microns), it will continue to go through the Ion Exchanger system, which conducts an electric charge that can help reduce the water’s hardness.

** Remark : Flow rate not over 30 L/min

Feature : This machine is similar to Pre-Clear, but it is a bigger type that can solve water hardness and anti-bacteria in the water.

Feature : Can directly put this product into a cooling tower to solve scale, algae, and water hardness, and this chemical will not damage the water piping. Also, it can be used for 4-6 months, depending on how water is.

Feature : 7 microns filter for preventing scale, gravel, and sand in the water system. This equipment is self-maintenance and easy to drain water inside by open valves at the bottom of Calfasep. However, it would be more effective if using with Calfabas.

Feature : This machine can be used for cleaning water piping in the mold without any use of chemicals. We will use special sand and put it into this machine. After that, we will use high-pressure water to clean your mold.

Feature : This equipment can be used at primary feed (Tank to Dryer) or secondary feed (Dryer to Injection). It has to operate with a vacuum loader to do cyclones for separating dust out of resin.

** Remark : Should be use with 38 mm diameter of hose

Feature : This is a machine that can detect metal in plastic resin with a sensor. So when the plastic load into this machine and the sensor can detect the metal, valves will automatically open, and that batch of plastic will be separated from good resin.

Feature : It could be install in Hopper or Tank

Feature : Magnet catch which can install in plastic piping ( Hose ), easy to maintenance.

Feature : An electric static is a big problem because sometimes, when the plastic materials become static, they will get stuck at Hopper or Hose. Therefore, the sensor will not know whether the plastic in the Hopper is full or empty, and you have to stop the production process checking the Hopper all the time.

Feature : This equipment is used for preventing gas from plastic resin because some of the resin that comes with gas cause a lot of NG product.
