Feature : First of all, you need to modify your mold first to fit with our equipment “Mini Runner” and after that when you are running production the runner size will be smaller than before this help a lot of saving plastic resin and reduce a cycle time.

Feature : This product is made by Glass wool, so it is very soft, and will not damage to the injection screw. You can directly put this resin ( Ecomaru ) into the Hopper for cleaning screw or change color of product. It does not have any smell and smoke while using. You have to try if you still faced with black dots problem!!

Feature : When you install this equipment to injection screw, it help for preventing plastic resin drop out from injection screw and the plastic in screw will still melt even you are not injecting product.

Feature : We will modify a little bit of exhaust air to let it exhaust in front of blower, this will reduce heater usage because the air from the blower is already hot enough.

Feature : We will install one of an equipment which is called “Heat Exchanger” This equipment will do the heat exchange between Inlet air & Outlet air. So, it will decrease heat of outlet air. However, inlet air will be higher temperature than normal, that’s why the heater will not work to much and it will save a lot of energy.

Feature : We will install valve controller in the machine and this kind of valve it’s work similarity as inverter, it will make flow of inlet air decrease. Heater will automatically decrease usage by itself.

FEATURE : Ecobrid is a cooling tower with close loop system. So, the bacteria outside of the environment will not be able to go inside the water. This is why it can keep the water quality for the whole year.

Feature : Pre-clear is a machine which can solve water hardness problem by using 2 Filters with 1 Ion Exchanger. For the first filter will use 50 microns and for the second will use 25 microns and after water go into these 2 filters it will continue to go into Ion Exchanger system to reduce hardness of the water.

** Remark : Flow rate not over 30 L/min

Feature : This machine is similar to Pre-Clear but it is bigger type can be solve water hardness and anti-bacteria in the water.

Feature : Can directly put this Calfabas into cooling tower for solve scale, algae, and water hardness, and this chemical will not damage the water piping. Also, can be used 4-6 months depending on how water it is.

Feature : 7 microns filter for preventing scale, gravel, and sand in the water system. This equipment is self-maintenance and easy to drain water inside by open valves at the bottom of Calfasep. However, it would be more effective if using with Calfabas.

Feature : This machine could be use for cleaning water piping in the mold without any use of chemical, we will use special sand and put into this machine. After that we will use high pressure water cleaning your mold.

Feature : This equipment can be use at primary feed ( Tank to Dryer ) or secondary feed ( Dryer to Injection ) it has to use with vacuum loader to do cyclone for separating dust out of resin

** Remark : Should be use with 38 mm diameter of hose

Feature : This is a machine which can detect metal in plastic resin. When the plastic load to this machine, it will come with a sensor which can scan metal and if it is detect the metal, valves will automatically open and that batch of plastic will be separated from good resin.

Feature : It could be install in Hopper or Tank

Feature : Magnet catch which can install in plastic piping ( Hose ), easy to maintenance.

Feature : This is a big problem if you faced with static in plastic resin because sometimes when the plastic materials become a static it will stuck at Hopper or Hose. Therefore, the sensor will not know that plastic in the hopper is full or empty and you have to stop production for checking hopper all the time.

Feature : This equipment is using for preventing gas from plastic resin because some of resin will come with gas which cause a lot of NG product.
